an amazing stay!
excellent staff complimentary tea central location daily water
The staff provided really good service. they always greeted me with smiles and addressed every request promptly. the complimentary afternoon tea was a thoughtful touch. I found it relaxing after exploring. the location was great. Many attractions were within walking distance. the hotel even offered bottled water daily, which i found very convenient.
The elevator seemed a bit small. It had an old carpet inside.

The breakfast offered a plentiful selection of local and european options each morning. live moroccan music accompanied dining. It enhanced the atmosphere. the preserved lemon was amazing.

Staff members engaged in conversation. they were cute and always ready to help. the reception staff was very nice, addressing needs efficiently. the hotel also has a country club. It's about a twenty minute drive away.

The hotel is located centrally. Many beautiful sites are a short walk away. i found the location provided easy access to shops. morning walks were simple.

fresh fruit complimentary water superb breakfast
i stayed in a beautiful double room. the room included complimentary water and fresh fruit upon arrival. breakfast was superb (i especially enjoyed the pastries!).
the gym was quite small, with limited equipment.

no hot water filthy shower
the staff was cute. the rooms are immaculately maintained.
i wish i could say the same about the hot water. there was none for the duration of my stay. the shower was also filthy.

the jazz bar was lovely. i enjoyed that they had a fridge in the room. it would have been great if it worked. the staff was good!
